I'm the victim and I'm 17 years old and yesterday I lodged a fir againstmy molester, he has been charged under the follow sections

Will the accused get bail ? Because if he does then that is life threatening as he has given me death threat ( I even have its recordings)
Also any idea how many years punishment he might get ?

A.Dear Madam,
Just approach the concerned I.O. and Public Prosecutor and request them to make strong objection for granting bail You must alos present before the Court and submit orally that you have life threat if he is granted bail.

A.Grant of bail is extremely difficult in such a case.but still u should engage an advocate to present ur case before the court.
