Ancestral Claim - Can they claim

A plot of 100 Yrds in a village inTelangana.
The below is the history of plot:
A sold to B in Jul' 2005. (2 acres)
B sold same to C in Feb'2006 (2 acres)
C sold same to D in May'2018 (2 acres)
D sold same to E in Ju'19 (2 acres)
Now E is selling to me as F. (100 Yrds out of (2 acres) - it is developed layout)
Querry 1 - Out of the above ABCDE whose legal heirs / daughters / son / mother / father / etc / any other can claim their ownership after my purchase from E in 2021.
Querry 2 - Also who is the self acquired owner out of ABCDE and who is the ancestral owner from ABCDE
Querry 3 - E has - 1 daughter and 2 sons (all are major). Do I need to take their signatures on sale deed.
Please advise.

1. As long as the documents are in order, they cannot make such claims.
2. You will have to contact A to learn more about this as they were the original owners.
3. No, this is not required.

1. No, they cannot make such claims so long as the documents are all in order.
2. You will have to check all the ownership records to trace its history.
3. No, E is the sole owner of the property, his children do not have a claim over it yet.

Query 2 - Have to see the document of A . That is the mother document which has 100 yards as schedule mentioned property.
Query 3 - If the property is in name of 'E' and if 'E' is alive and 'E' himself coming to register office and registering then you need not get his childrens signatures.
You have to share details in person in the descriptive type.
