Sir/madam if i got a petty case for driving without licence if I can't able to go court due to busy life. If I approach a lawyer to clear my petty case if that lawyer needs my signature or not in a light green papper ?? Without my signature if my case will clear or not ? Pls help me

A.You can ask the lawyer to fill the details & sign the Document,never sign blank paper or document you never know when they are misused.
