A.Dear Sir,
You have to oblige such work as it is assigned by Enforcement Directorate. After work is done the charge sheet will be filed before the Court and after 6-24 months the concerned court may call you as a witness. You have to go through the records before hand and give evidence properly.

A.Hi,
You don't need to worry about anything. This is a task which is allotted to you by zonal officer and you are required to go there and witness the proceedings of Enforcement directorate as a part of your duty.

A.Hi,
You don't have to take any precaution as this is not something which will create any problem in your career. You are representing bank and you should be honest to the questions of the officers.

A.Before you attend the meeting it is advisable that you familiarize yourself with the act in general and chapter V of the act ( PMLA 2002) in particular so that you can get acquainted with the obligation of your bank under the act. It appears to be the prime objective of the bank behind assigning this witness role upon you.
