Regarding property registered to my sister when she was minor by my father Regarding property registered to my sister when she was minor by my father

My father brought a plot and registered it to one of my sister (who has NOT approached the court for partition or share) when she was minor and my mother was made guardian.

Can I attach it to the property partition / share case that has been raised by other sisters.

A.When that property was purchased in registered manner in the name of your sister and as she was minor then ,that's why her mother as her guardian executed that registered Purchase Deed on behalf of that minor daughter, then you cannot attach that property for Partition purpose. That Property is the exclusive property of that sister and her other siblings have no right to that property.

A.Hi,
Your sister will have the right on the property and her mother will be the guardian until she attains the age of majority. No one else can claim that property as that is conveyed to your sister by your father.

A.Hi,
Since the property is registered in your sister's name, your sister has right upon it and can sell to anyone when she attains 18 years of age. Until that time your mother will be the guardian.
