Hello Sir/Maam
We are staying in Vichumbhe-New Panvel Navi Mumbai.
Our building comes under Grampanchayat area, its been 5years society as not been handed over and also we haven't got oc from the builder yet. Now Grampanchayat is asking us to pay gharpatti even though when the society is not formed since 5years.
Please advice what can be done. Grampanchayat people are coming for collection.

A.Dear Client
You may talk to the builder for the same. If he does not agree then you may visit the civil court for the same.
Thanks

A.Dear Client
You should get in touch with the builder and ask for the occupancy certificate and and formal handover. If he is not obliging then file a case against him. As far as the gram panchayat dues are concerned that you will have to pay as per the applicable law. Discuss the matter with the gram panchayat.
