I am in merchant navy ..my wife filed complaint against me for domestic violence .. Got call from women cell but no statement and counselling yet.. When i cam go to ship and what will be the procedure

A.counselling period is for a month. Amicably resolve the issue with your wife and ask her to withdraw her complaint.

A.It appears that your wife has filed a police complaint. it may be under 498A IPC for demand of dowry and cruelty
