If only i ask questions, i will get solutions. I don't understand why even "asking" is an offense under IPC.

Also i didn't proceed with that idea as now i know the consequences.But it's no use as that girl found another man who is willing to have sex for money. I can't do anything about that. When i asked them, they said nobody is getting affected due to this.

Sir, what if it's in a private place like my house ? .I don't understand, its between 2 mutually consenting individuals over the age of 18. I don't know what's wrong in that.

Dear client prostitution is illegal profession.there is law in out country that prevent such type of activity.if you proceeds with such type of activity it might be subject of legal action against you and you may arrested.try to find good and legal job.think about it.

Sir,
With the recent supreme court judgment decriminalizing adultery and according to The Immoral Traffic (supression) Act 1956, this act says cash-for-sex is legal when done in a private place. I understood that only organized prostitution in brothels are illegal. I'm was just asked to introduce her to my friends. Please clarify as one of my friend is also interested in her and wants me to give her phone number. This is purely consensual and i am a good person by heart.

Please inform me of the legal consequences in this matter.

Incidentally I had seen prostitution in Amsterdam way back in 1983 and also in Germany way back in 1995 not as a visitor but as a Tourist.Hope you will get the right advice from other Advocates.

I am 23 years old sir. I have finished B.Tech in Mechanical engineering. I am going to write SSC exam to get into a respectable government .I also don't have a single FIR registered against me. With a bright future ahead for me, i also have high sexual desire sir. The law says that pre-marital sex is illegal, paying for sex is illegal but just now adultery is de-criminalized, although i would never want another man's wife. When i ask my parents , how to satisfy my sexual desire , they say get married to have sex and pursue your higher education. I don't want to marry a girl only to have sex.

Sir, please tell me a way how can i have sex without any legal consequences.

Sir, There is no love between us and i am not going to marry her in the future. She is just my female friend so there is no sexual relationship between us. She suddenly asked me Rs.80000 for her personal expenses which i could not arrange. I suggested her to apply for personal loan in a bank but she is not interested in that too. Please understand that i am not forcing her to do this cash-for-sex services, it's she herself willing to volunteer. There is no force against her.

I wanted to help but i don't have Rs.80.000 now. Please answer, if i refer her to my friend and they are having cash-for-sex in a hotel. In case they are caught in-between police raid and if they reveal to the police that i had referred my friends to her. Will i be arrested for soliciting prostitution ?

Dear client u will be arrested for soliciting prostitution. U r accomplice in crime. Better break all relationship with her. No chatting ,no phone calls and no emails , so that if she is caught in prostitution u may deny that u were not involved in it Save your self otherwise your carrier will be ruined. If a criminal case is registered against u can not get Govt Job. So take it very seriously. Note that she is lady and u r a man.
