Release deed - percentage of released share
1 year ago
In a release deed should the percentage of released share be mentioned in schedule?
Does it impacts the ownership ßhare or releasee
A.Dear Client
In case you do not mention the portion or share that you are going to release and mention that specifically in the Schedule of the deed then it will be considered as the whole property is getting released.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, the share of the release to be mentioned in the release deed otherwise it will be a vague release deed. If not added, then get rectification deed and get it registered.
