In malls , Restaurant,Retail store I can see female security guards are working till 10 to 11 pm, is it allowed, while other female staff go back home by 7:30 pm female security guards status till 10 pm , kindly share clarity, spoke with some security agencies they said as per PASARA Act female security guards can work, when I checked didn't find anything in PASARA Act, but this practice is across India , kindly clarify my thoughts this has nothing to do with legal but just how can companies get biased with security guards

It's PSARA Act which they referred about the working of female security guards. Read PSARA Act, so that you can get your clearance.
