My Grandparents put against my dad of domestic violence and after few years My dad died So Domestic violence will still go on or it may Stop but my dad put power off attorney me and my sister So how to close the case. And Asking to sell the property which I am staying in ?

Basically Domestic Violence is the case between husband and wife so children don't come into the picture. And if the property is coparcenery property then you don't have to sell it.
