Schools asking for Notice shortfall for taking out the student
1 year ago
How can schools ask parents to pay Notice shortfall wherein they have made parents sign a T&C during admission for advance notice of 2/3 months in case the ward has to be taken out.
Despite the session ended and the parents have intimated the school more than a month in advance. Paid all the fees including admission fees, and other fees.
How can a school/ an educational institution ask for notice shortfall??? This is pure play minting money isn’t it?

A.Dear client
This is absurd and arbitrary and you must challenge this. Send a letter to Inspector of schools and if no action is taken then file a writ petition in high court
