If a husband does extramarital affairs he can be punished for mental cruelty according to section 498A by his wife which is right. But, if a wife does the same way why that husband can not award any punishment to his wife? Is a husband not getting any trauma by knowing this or husband will be happy when he knows that her wife has a extramarital affairs with someone ?
