A.Yes you can file amendent in the case on record, if need take assistance of local lawyer from the panel to take up on all aspects of the issues quickly.

A.For a civil case the applicant or petitioner can request the court for amendment of the pleading under Order Vi Rule 17 of Civil Procedure Code and it depends upon the court to either allow or not depending on the merit of the case and amendment.
