Transaction fraud in credit card Transaction fraud in credit card

This is regarding the credit card fraud transaction that happened on 7-Oct-22. A sum of Rs. 81440 was debited from my credit card because I shared OTP in the link provided. On the same day I have raised complaint with the bank and informed my branch and also I have registered a FIR at the Cybercrime department Bangalore. On 17-Nov-22 I got a text message from the bank saying my complaint has been resolved. On 18-Mar-23 my credit card statement got generated and as per the statement the whole amount is due for payment. Because of the resolved text message which I got I didn't do any follow up of my complaints but now it seems that without any reason they have closed my complaint. I even raised complaint with the Banking ombudsmen scheme, and I got a reply that "Disputed transactions are secured ECOM transactions done through OTP password and we regret our inability to refund the disputed amount".
Further this is an insanity from the banks operations point of view because the fraud happened on 7- Oct-22, Friday evening at around 5.15 PM. I have immediately taken all possible measures to inform the bank that this is a fraud transaction. The bank had 2 days over the weekend to stop the processing of the transaction. In spite of multiple calls and emails regarding the same the bank has failed to take easy measures in terms of stopping the processing of this fraudulent transaction.
The person who did this that Fraudsters number is active even today and she got banks ID card also.
Now my outstanding amount is getting compounded everyday. Please let me know, in my case whether the bank has any authority to reverse the transaction? Or is there any other way I can get this money refunded. ? Or If I settle and after that I get proof of fraud transaction from Cyber crime cell, then will I be able to reclaim my money via this fraud transaction proof.?

A.Dear Client,
So far the decision of the Banking Ombudsman passed on your complaint following the rules and regulations applicable on the subject is concerned, it prima facie appears to be justified and reasonable in all respect.
It is an admitted fact that in course of digital transaction of fund, all responsibility lies upon the CC account holder and you cannot held the concerned Bank responsible for the fraudulent transaction caused for lack of your awareness/alertness by default.
As regards, the report of Cyber Cell, you may reopen the issue afresh before the Bank if the report speaks in your favour for resolving your grievance.
