A.Dear Sir,
Such big amount cannot be imposed as fine but you have no option except to accept such decision and be careful in future since you cannot complain against college management since it may cause danger to your employment itself.

A.If I am not wrong, your query says that you are charged an amount of Rs.38,000/- for availing the transport of the College for a single day.
In absence of grounds in detail behind the action of the college, nothing could be commented as of now.
