Sir.I filed domestic violence case against my hub(in2011). My elder son is 16 years old.younger son is 10years old.my hub is not ready to give any share from property.proparty is in the name of my father in law.that is my hub'sgrand fathers proparty. Can I ask legally my hub'sgrand share to my father in law?if yes which r documents I need.pls help me.

A.Dear Madam,
This is the right time to file maintenance case for your self and also for the education of your children.
At that point of time the property will come into picture.
Once you know you can straight away go for divorce.
Children will have the right to ancestral property of the grand father.

A.Asking share might be very difficult. If the property is really joint family property, your sons may be able to file a suit for partition claiming their share. But that can be said only after seeing all documents. But you can definitely claim maintenance for your children and if he doesn't pay, you can enforce the maintenance order.
