I have given money to a friend through online transaction to give to another worker as a advance for a job on his recommendation and assurance to get return if that worker is not doing the job. Later he given the money to that person but used his services worth that amount when I was away. So that person refused to return the money saying he has delivered the job for the money. Now the my friend also refuses, abuses to me and not returning the money. Recently he used filthy languages to my family and women.

A.Dear Client!

In this case if the things were recodered on email or whatsApp chat, then you can use that as an evidence to claim your refund from the friend. Also you can file police complaint for being cheated.

Also you can file civil case for recovery, if you have evidence to prove the terms and conditions.

Regards

A.Dear client,

Communication: Try to have a calm and open conversation with your friend about the situation. Clearly express your concerns and explain why you believe the money should be returned. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication that can be resolved through dialogue.

Written communication: If verbal discussions do not yield results, consider sending a formal written communication to your friend, outlining the details of the agreement, the money you provided, and the expectation of repayment. Keep a record of all communication for future reference.

Mediation: If direct communication does not resolve the issue, you may want to involve a neutral third party to mediate the dispute. This could be a trusted mutual friend, a respected community member, or a professional mediator who can help facilitate a resolution.

Legal action: If all attempts at resolution fail, you may need to consider legal options. Consult with a lawyer who specializes in contract law or civil disputes to understand the legal options available to you. They can advise you on the best course of action based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Reporting abusive behavior: If your friend is using abusive or threatening language towards you or your family, it may be necessary to report this behavior to the appropriate authorities. Document any instances of harassment or abuse, including dates, times, and details of the incidents, and provide this information when making a report.
