some person X has given me money for investment through gpay and i did invest by the calls that X person has given and forced me to put my money also in the calls she given i did and we lost all the money and suddenly she started accusing me and asked me to return the money my parents dont know about my investment she threatned me she will come and tell my parents that i asked her some money for investment and lost it
now she is threating that she will file an FIR and calling from different different numbers messaging cursing threatning and defaming infront of my friends in chat
in a message i agreed that i will give money to get rid of her torture but i dont owe her that i lost my own hard earned money because of her even she agreed in chat that money was lost because of her
i dont know what to do daily im going through mental torture
need help in this whatever transaction made are in gpay itself but it was never mentioned anywhere that was given as so and so reasons since 6months she is threating i will file FIR but she is not doing anything once her mother spoke so i told her mother because of her i lost my money too she was very stuborn and made me do it her mother is not at all considerate in it i dont care about it please give me some good suggestion and hope

A.Dear Client,
In a paperless and seamless transaction of money held between the parties, neither party can accuse the other and initiate any legal action against the other even if it is litigated before the Court. So, negotiate the matter mutually to avoid unnecessary loss of money and time.

A.Dear Sir,
Such cases are many. At their request you have invested and lost the amount for which you are not responsible. No FIR can be registered against you and if registered you can get bail easily and in criminal case she cannot get any amount back and ultimately you will be acquitted.
