Scam threat Scam threat

I had to work as a data entry specialist and complete 500 files in 5 days which I did but couldn't have an accuracy of 90% and they haven't given me my accuracy report. Now they are saying that I either have to pay 6500 or they will file a case in the court. One of the calls had a comment that talked about them being scammers.
I'm getting calls from random numbers almost everyday.
They said that they would file a case under section 72,74 and 75
Please let me know how to deal in such situation
They made me sign a contract and have my driving license details

A.Dear client,
If you joined an online Data Entry job signing an agreement/any offer letter from the Company, then go through the terms and conditions of said letter that stipulate a condition of charging of fine in case of incorrect/inaccuracy response or dereliction in job. In case you find no terms as such in your offer letter then on receipt of such an unethical and arbitrary demand or any threat of legal action from the Company, just ignore such calls or demads. However, on receipt of repeated calls or messages demanding money or threatening to legal action, make a complaint(GD) agaisnt the Company at the local police station or Cyber Cell and serve a legal notice to the fraud company enclosing a copy of the police complaint informing them that you are contemplating filing a criminal suit against the Company for cheating and criminal intimidation u/s.415 and 503 of IPC. Further. Section 73 of the Contract Act makes provision for unliquidated damages (not stipulated in a contract) and Section 74 of the Contract Act deals with liquidated damages (stipulated in a contract) and no compensation is attracted for mere breach of contract u/s.73. or 74 of the Act unless such breach resulted in an actual loss or damage to the opposite party Company and they failed to prove it. Hope the matter stands resolved thereafter. In case the matter is not resolved then consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client
If the company is pursuing legal action, ask for any relevant documentation related to your alleged contract breach or non-compliance. Verify the details of the contract you signed, including clauses related to accuracy requirements, penalties, and any provisions for dispute resolution. Keep detailed records of all communication, including phone calls, emails, and any other correspondence from the company. Note down the names of the individuals you speak to and keep a log of the dates and times of the calls. If you believe that you are being harassed or threatened unlawfully, consider reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities.
