I am in 12th standard studying in government senior secondary school. Tomorrow is my physics practical. He is asking for money to tell everyone an exact practical. Because of pressure some students have given the money but some didn't. All the students who have given the money knows the exact practical they'll have tomorrow but the students who didn't give the money don't know. We also don't know what we have to do tomorrow what practical we will get because he didn't make us to practice the practical. He is doing it from years and we complaint about it to our principal he said that the examiner will take my signature so u don't have to worry about it I'll make none of you get less marks . But we are satisfied by this because when others know their practical we don't know anything what will we write in our practical we don't even know how to do practical. And the examiner who is coming for practical is also the student of the physics teacher so what can I do help me

A.Dear client,

As per Section 171E of IPC, whoever commits the offence of bribery shall be punished for up to a year or fine or both. You, along with your batchmates can file a complaint against the teacher in your local police station and file an FIR.
Furthermore, you can also raise a complaint to the state education ministry or through the RTE (Right to education )website or local authority. According to Section 32 of the RTE Act, anyone with a problem over a child's rights under the Act may file a written complaint with the local authority, and the authority will issue a decision on the subject within three months. Additionally, you may also register your complaint in https://righttoeducation.in/report-a-grievance .

Thank you

A.Dear Client,
Both proposal and acceptance of bribes for any illicit and immoral purpose is a criminal offense and both the proposer and acceptor of bribes are equally liable to face legal consequences if the matter is complained or litigated upon. For lack of cooperation from the school authority, you may bring the matter to the notice of the District School Inspector or the affiliation authority of the school to stop the malpractice in an educational institute who are engaged in building and grooming a better human being. You may also share with your parents about the malpractices of the school who may protest the matter collectively before the school and other authorities which may resolve the issue faster.
