Reach out to the customer support team again, either through phone or email. Explain the situation and express your concerns. Request assistance in canceling the order and obtaining a refund. Keep a record of all communication with customer support. Note down the date and time of your calls or emails, the names of the representatives you spoke to, and a summary of the discussion. Check the company's refund or cancellation policy to understand the terms and conditions. This information is usually available on the company's website or in the terms of service.
If you made the payment through a credit card, debit card, or any other electronic method, check with your bank or card provider. They may have a dispute resolution process or be able to assist you in obtaining a refund. Depending on your location, there may be consumer protection agencies that you can contact to file a complaint. They may intervene on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Although it is a small amount but your legal right as a consumer is impacted here and hence the seller should take all the responsibility to bring you out of this situation.
If he is not doing then you can take legal action against him like sending a legal notice followed by filing a consumer case.

A.Dear Client,
When you place an order to a service provider online, you need to cancel that order online as advised by customer care. If you are not able to cancel the order online, you need to inform the same to customer care and in case they do not cooperate, you may file a complaint against the service provider for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice online through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) of the Consumer Affairs Deptt. for redressal of your grievance claiming compensation for harassment.
