I had purchased the same school uniform from the market. If he wears it to school. Child, that is somehow a crime. Is it considered a crime or wrong to expel a child from school?

A.Dear client,
Every school especially the private ones have their own policies.
While admitting your child there in, you must have agreed to the same.
Now denying to abide the rules is against that.
But, if the policy of the school uniform was not disclosed earlier or a new practice then you can gather more parents and write a joint application to the school's head department.
And most importantly if a child is being harrased Or expelled unethically, which harms him in any way has to be dealt strictly.

A.Dear Client,
According to the Right to Education Act, 2009, no child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment. This means that schools cannot expel a child for simply wearing a non-branded uniform. However, if the child's behaviour is disruptive or if they are disrespectful to teachers or other students, then the school may have a legitimate reason to expel them.
