Is 125 maintainable with Sec. 9 Is 125 maintainable with Sec. 9

Wife filed false 498A with 379, 3/4 DP, etc cr. cases, DVC and RCR, 125 in the exact order, on me and my extended family members. How should I present my argument in the court that I can't live with this woman until she withdraws these cases. I also don't want to file any divorce. If the situation calls for I am ready to live with her but outside my parental home (in a rented property) which is my mother's self-acquired property. Also, is 125 maintainable if I tell court that I am ready to maintain her in RCR? Can I use that judgement?
