Can I challenge building plan of my neighbors as my architect says and made report that it's illegal technically

Hi one of the adjacent neighbors making building close to my building and easement disturbed also his building pass on DP Road Margin shown by my certified architect technically in his analysis report .i already received injunction status quo just lane attached to the my building and his construction .i want to go for challange in court of law .is such case courts has jurisdiction or have rights to interfere in it??? In the other words can I challenge plan?

A.If the plan is against any bye laws and is infringing your rights then you can surely go ahead.
