Its a BMRDA plot. From layout person 1st party buyed the property and from him 2nd party buyed.2nd party is missing the absolute sale deed btw layout and1st party.so he have filed and fir and paper publication is been made. and have the certified copy of the sale deed.
we are planning to buy the property from the 2nd party because the 2nd party told that the 1st pary during our registration, he will put the consenting witness . can we buy such missing sale deed property, will loan be available. and after buying during our resale, will there be any negotiation in price because of the original title document document missing eventhough the consenting witness has been made by party1 during our registration.
A.Dear Client,
A property having disputed title or missing documents and having no updated encumbrance status is not considered for a loan. A buyer should not agree to the deal without being satisfied with the status of encumbrance and title of the property. Get in touch with an Advocate experienced in real estate/property matters for guidance and steps.
