Regarding legal notice
What happens if a person fails to respond in the given time frame of legal notice and responds after few days after the given date ?
A.Dear client, there is no legal remedy for other party not responding to the legal notice as it is not included into the court procedure. You can file a complaint on the person if the hasn't responded or given any suitable reply for your claim.

A.Dear Client
Ideally the response to the legal notice should be given within the time frame as mentioned therein but even sending the reply after the time lapse is ok as long as there was no strict time limitation like showcause notices sent by the government.

A.Dear sir
Nothing will happen. It is better to avoid replying and defense should not be disclose until and unless some case is filed.

A.Dear Client,
It is not mandatory to respond to a legal notice that is issued to the opposite party extending him a scope to settle the dispute out of Court at the pre-litigation stage because litigation is a time-consuming and expensive process to resolve a dispute. Non-response or belated response to said legal notice would simply move the dispute to the Court and would not affect your right to defend your case in the Court. Let the Court decide the dispute on merit.
