Dear team

I have been having a toxic relationship with my narcissistic parents since 2013 when my father resigned from his job and they approached experts who provided them with a blueprint to mess around with me and they still stick to that. They have blocked all my attempts to get a job, make friends, caused all kinds of health problems to me, their gaslighting and abuses is non stop from them and their puppets, they keep tabs on me 24*7*365 along with their puppets, their insults and provocation is constant, etc. What should I do as they meddle a lot everywhere and they don't let me have any resources to seek help like getting a lawyer to stop their interference, own place ,etc. Their lies, manipulation, false narratives, controlling people from their will through various techniques ,etc is always there
.
What's the best legal mode, fastest and legally binding out of court settlement order of Adult son wrt his narcissistic parents considering every aspect of their relationship ??
I got Narcissistic parents and would like to seek advice on separation, mediation, guarantor, non access/interference/meddling, arbitration.
They didn't let me have a single resources over last 11 years. I don't have money. I have to convince them to get into dialogue . Their future interference on everything has to be stopped too .

I need information on all the medicines (10 years) given forecefully and forced hospitalization over last 8 years (kind of jail). How should I proceed with RTI

A.Dear Client,

If you're facing continuous threats to your safety and well-being, including mental and physical harassment at home, seek assistance from a social worker or NGO specializing in crisis intervention. This issue is widespread across the country and is not isolated. If you're financially dependent on your family, you may feel compelled to stay despite the toxic environment. However, if you believe you can manage on your own, you have the right to leave and pursue your own path. As an adult, you cannot legally compel your parents to support you. Therefore, you must find an independent source of income. You also have the right to file a complaint against your parents for domestic violence under Section 12 of the PWDV Act, 2005, either at the local police station or directly with the Magistrate. Additionally, you can lodge a complaint online with the National Human Rights Commission and State Human Rights Commission, who have the authority to investigate and take action on complaints related to societal issues.

A.Dear Client,
When you are experiencing such type of continuous threat to your safety and security including mental and physical harassment in-house, you can get in touch with a social worker or NGO who renders dedicated service to help you out of the crisis. This type of attitude is common among homes across the country hence it is not an isolated incidence. If you are economically dependent on your family you may not have any choice other than to remain in the same house and continue with your toxic life. If you feel you can manage outside without the support of your family for all your needs, nothing prevents or restricts you from walking out of your home to look for the destiny of your choice. You cannot legally compel your parents to maintain you as you are an adult. Therefore, you need to arrange for an independent source of income to live your life on your own terms. You have the right to file a complaint against your parents if they subjected you to domestic violence at the local police station under Sec.12 of the PWDV Act, 2005. An aggrieved person or a Protection Officer or any other person on behalf of the aggrieved person may present an application directly to the Magistrate seeking one or more reliefs under this Act. Apart from this, you can make a complaint online (https://nhrc.nic.in/complaints/complaints/how-to-file-a-complaints) to the Chairperson, the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi and the State Human Rights Commission who are empowered to investigate complaints related to issues faced by any person in the society and takes suo moto action in the matter on receipt of a complaint.
