I am a house owner(suspect) and the (victim )is tenant on august 2023 police suddenly arrested me and i finalize i was arrested in pocso case. complaint registered as i was sexually abused and she got pregant for 8 months and 10 days and now she have baby and waiting for Dna test .what happen if Dna fails and iam not a baby for that father means and i have the image of girl and orginal accused (he is a relative of her) and call recorings. so please help with your powerful words

In case of a false POCSO case implicated against you, you can file a petition under Section 482 of CrPC before the High Court and seek to quash the FIR by providing relevant evidence. Even if the DNA test is negative, it cannot serve as a real evidence to prove your innocence in the case. So, the Court can still proceed with the charges against you.
