I am a Central Govt employee and want only suggestion and this should not be treated
I am a Central Govt employee and I am under surveillance of not only of India Govt security machinery but also of foreign nations ie USA etc. I was not intimated why I was taken in surveillance. Due to it my career was damaged and I was penalised as disciplinary case of the events as consequences. Now due to my being under surveillance by Pakistan/USA my life is in danger and harm. How can an Indian citizen residing in India be taken under surveillance by foreign countries. Is this not violation of fundamental rights of freedom, privacy and equality and sovereignty as laid down in Indian constitution. It is reiterated that my life is in danger and in harm. What should I do?
