My company is a private limited company and the same is maintainable as a consumer under consumer protection act?
My case is against one private bank w.r.t. Foreign Bank Guarantee default. Can same be maintained under above act?
Being authorised signatory I can fight the case in person?
If I am allowed to fight a case in person, I cannot engage a lawyer at the subsequent stage?
My board authorised representative is a consultant who is a non-director, non-shareholder and non-employee of Company, whether same is allowed to fight a case in person?

A.In this case even if you are a private limited Company, you can file a consumer complaint against that Bank. For all your other questions the answer is 'yes'.
