Civil Case penging more than 15 yrs in High Court Civil Case penging more than 15 yrs in High Court

Civil case is pending for more than 15 years. By Last year 2019 the case came to bench.But still the solution is not arrived. The case is going without end. Every time for small reason case is getting postponed after 1 month or 2 months. Now due to covid it is forgotten.
Is is possible to raise complain or request to complete the case Soon? Pls help

A.Dear Sir,
You may raise complaint with Registry of Hon’ble Supreme Court pointing out the working of the Hon’ble High Court thus you may get disposed your case during your lifetime atleast.

A.complain against who and where ?
against judge, against high court, against opposite part, against your lawyer, against opposite lawyer, against government, against god ?
what kind of civil case ?
delay are happening within the frame of law only.
your lawyer should be able to help whatever possible.
