I WANT TO GET A REFUND LEGALLY

have taken admission in an Digital marketing institute and after completing 2 module our Faculty resigned so the manager of the institute hired a new faculty. This new facility has no skill or knowledge, he doesn’t know how to teach and me and whole batch asked the manager to change the faculty as we are having trouble understanding anything. The manager keeps ignoring our words and tells to co-operate with him. After that we gave him a change and he Taught us 1 Module and that was worst. The other students fed up telling the manager about this but for me the knowledge is very important. They are doing the course to get a job by the company but i joined the institute to gain knowledge about this field and start entrepreneurship. I paid the manager 17,000 INR to get good knowledge from an expert (You can also learn basics of digital marketing on YouTube for FREE) so I simply don’t want basic knowledge or half baked knowledge after paying 17K. I asked him to refund me or change the faculty and he said there company has policy that no matter what happens they cannot give you refund so I asked him to change a faculty and he says that he won’t change the faculty. I want to know how can I get my money back legally
