Internet Provider Refusing to give internet connection, what can I do legally? Internet Provider Refusing to give internet connection, what can I do legally?

I live in rented house and my mother is mentally unstable, due to this she thinks people are talking about her and sometimes that leads to her being frightened and change of house. Her medical treatment is going on, I cant afford to put her in day care center or something.

So my problem here is that I work online as freelancer and I need internet 24x7 and it's my source of income.
Due to my frequent change of house (2-3 years gap, since 2013 changed 7 houses changed) my internet provider is is saying he will not give me internet connection since I keep changing my house. They always charges me extra fee for re-connection to new place and I never went out of his covered area.

Is there a legal way where I can make him give me the connection even if I move in future?
There is no other internet provider in 4km of areas. and I cant shift there since the rent would be double there, I feel like the internet provider is taking advantage of my helplessness

please advise.

A.Hi,
You can immediately approach your data supplier and ask whether he can supply you with a permanent connection. If he rejects, what rights does he have? It depends on his field of operation. But it doesn't mean he can't use you to get you to pay more than the going rate. In such circumstances, you can contact the consumer forum.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
You can approach your data provider directly asking if its possible for him to give you a permanent connection. If he refuses, which right he has depending upon his area of operation. However, not that he cannot exploit you into paying greater that the normal cost. You can reach the consumer forum in such cases.
Thank you. kindly rate the answer.
