A.Lodge a complaint with local police station under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence. File a case of maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C. I hope you know his whereabouts or his place of work. Mention his workplace address as well in your complaint and amount of salary he's drawing every month. Include section 498A IPC to make your complaint more effective.

A.Your husband cannot block your credit card.Approach the bank concerned for re opening the credit card for transactions. Also make a complaint to the bank in writing immediately and send by speed post. It will become evidence against your husband. Also file a domestic violence case against the husband. In my opinion deliberately blocking credit card may itself amount to domestic violence as it is not merely blocking of credit card but depriving you of money for basic needs. You can also make a complaint to police. If the husband has forged your signature he can be booked for forgery and cheating.

A.Hello
You can approach to the police station and file a report against your husband.
Further you send him legal notice for demanding of maintenance in spite of that he has not taken any heed of it then you approach to the court and file a case for maintenance.
