Being Lady not allowed to stand for Chairman post in housing society

2 MC gent co-members visited my home at 9p to threaten me not to stand as Chairman as I am a lady. They crumpled attendance sheet on the day of election. I contested and won 5 out of 8 votes at the elections. They accused my brother who is the election RO that he conspired to make me the chairman. So, as i happened to have, a cctv camera at my home (for personal use), i downloaded & shared the video recording snippet, where they threatened me on the Society whatsapp grp. They are continuously posting damaging messages of lies on the Society Whatsapp group. They are threatening the previous MC members not to do the handover to the new MC on this Sunday 24th April 2022 now. I have filed an NC with the local police station & they have agreed to come on that day by dialling 100 immediately
You may lodge complaint with higher Police officers and in the meanwhile file Writ Petition before High Court and take a direction against them to allow you to contest for the post of chairman of your housing Society.
You may file a case against them for harassment and mental torture in the trial court.
