Cheated by snapdeal Cheated by snapdeal

I purchased a pair of shoe by paying total amount of rs 2200 from snapdeal company but when I received my order it was defective they sent both shoes of same foot and when I raised return request they said we will pick up order and refund your amount. I waited but no one came to pick up and 7 days passed and now they are refusing to refund my amount. I am being cheated by snapdeal they took my money and didn't give me what they have promised. This is totally fraud. Please guide me what should I do next?

A.Dear client, Send legal notice to Snapdeal via email and also send a legal notice to the sender's address. If you do not get the appropriate solution then take your case in the consumer court.

A.Send them an email first and bring your grievance on record. If still, they refuse to entertain your complaint - you can approach the consumer forum. You need not engage a lawyer to represent yourself in consumer forum but still, it is advisable to take help from vidhikarya lawyers.
