A.Dear Client,
You are employee of private Company and you saying you have to give 3 months prior notice for leaving company position. Perhaps, Labour Law may not be applicable, if you are holding managerial or delegated job then you may not fall under Labour Laws. But you may claim your notice period from your employer, if forcing to resign.
However, you should put all issue on e mail in conversation with employer, and keep a copy secretaly , and then you may proove at court.
But generally if I suggest you , leave the company as it says, nad go out , with new one with more hike of salary, off course it may take time.pls. rate

A.Dear Client,
The fact is you cannot work properly in a hostile environment.Either they are not happy with you or they have somebody better than you, it is as simple as that.
Coming to law,see what your agreement says.At the same time do not forget to see and compare your economic benefits if you give 3 months notice and if you resign now.as per their direction.
Then take the decision.
Labour law very nominal role to play in the private sector.
