i want to try and get the goods returned by filing a complaint on e dakhil. i want to know after filing the complaint, will i have to go to court in person? or if i wish to leave the complaint, will it be possible without consequences? if the opposite party escalates the matter can i drop out of it? i do not have the time to go to court in person as a busy student.
A.Dear Sir,
After lodging complaint with Police they must accept the same and issue FIR. Thereafter, they will file charge sheet then the question of your attendance before the Court arise. It is not so easy to get register FIR.

A.Dear Client,
After filing the complaint before the consumer commission through online mode, e-daakhil, you need to keep track of the updated status of the complaint from the same portal. Sometimes court requires a physical hearing of the complaint to assess the clarification on specific points and fix up a date for a hearing listing the matter in the cause list of the Court. If for want of time, you can not attend the physical hearing, you may authorize an Advocate by signing a Vakalatnama in his favour who would represent the case on your behalf before the Court. Normally, based on the submission and evidence of both parties, a complaint made online is disposed of based on merit in the complaint.
