akash byjus cancellation of nach and claim refund
3 months ago
Applied for cancellation of nach and claim refund on December due to nach mandate period and EMI period and amount difference. But now they are saying cancelled loan but couldnot get confirmation mail regarding closure of loan . And they are saying which I paid Rs. 15000/- fee they are not giving me back. Now they are not receiving my call also, I blocked my bank account due to this high EMI which was not affordable to me. Before esign loan I said no to loan then they said if I want refund back then proceed with loan and after attending online classes within 14 days you apply for cancellation then your loan will close and you get back your refund back. Now when I applied before 14 days they are saying not giving back my Rs. 15000/- and also not sent my closure of confirmation of loan as a proof for me. They only said over phone loan was closed but you cant get back your money. If anyone receive a call saying your kid get scholarship please dont attend that call otherwise you experience everything which happened to me. I not even received purchase invoice or order or my payment receipt.
Please visit your bank to cancel the E-mandate for EMI. Furthermore, call Byjus customer care hotline and refer to them about the cancellation policy. As part of their refund policy, byjus should refund the product money if you are not fully satisfied with the course.
You may also file a consumer dispute against Byjus in the National Hotline number of 1800-11-4000. Article 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 talks about consumer dispute which means that any dispute derived from products or services selling by business entities to consumers. Recently, various courts have held that coaching classes such as byjus comes under the scope of the Act and has ordered to refund.
Thank you
