A.Dear client,

The process of consumer complaint is to first file a complaint either through an affidavit to your nearby consumer redressal forum or through the consumer complaint national helpline at 1800-11-4000 or 1915.

The complaint can be filed through a plain paper. If you are approaching the district forum, the claim should be less than 20 Lakhs. You will be required to pay certain fees if the complaint is physical. In most cases, if the complaint is valid, the consumer will get a refund along with the compensation claimed. Through the helpline, most consumers get their money back within a week.

Thank you

Your query requires more details to address the proper remedies. It may be noted that the complaint related to service or employment is not considered a consumer dispute and as such complaint cannot be entertained by a Consumer Court. The remedy of your grievance related to service or employment lies with the Labour Court/Tribunal. So, revert to us with the details of your case for a suitable response.
