appeal in NCDRC against petition dismissed by state consumer commission

the order copy was made by office on 18th jan and I received on 29 th jan /what is the time limitation of filing appeal/ who are the lawyers in jaipur who can help in filing appeal

As per Sec. 19/Sec. 51 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019 provides that the First Appeal shall be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order of the State Commission. You should ideally file an appeal within Feb 29, 2024.
