A.Dear Client,

Serve a Legal Notice:
Begin by serving a legal notice to the E-Bike company, outlining the deficiencies in service and citing unfair trade practices. This notice should clearly state your grievances and the compensation you are seeking for the harassment experienced.

File a Complaint under Sec.35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
If the issues persist after serving the legal notice, proceed to file a formal complaint against the E-Bike company under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This section pertains to deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. In your complaint, provide details of the problems faced, the impact on you, and the compensation sought.

Claim Compensation:
Specifically, claim compensation for the harassment you have endured due to the company's actions. Clearly state the amount you are seeking as compensation and provide supporting evidence of the deficiencies in service and unfair trade practices.
