A.Dear Client,

While your aspirations and career goals are commendable, there are instances where individuals may need to compromise due to circumstances beyond their control. If your service rules do not include provisions for study leave to pursue higher studies, your request may not be granted, as it goes against the established rules of the organization or establishment. In the absence of any legal issues, your query may not warrant legal recourse or remedies.

However, you have options to explore. You can approach your higher authorities within the organization for consideration and discuss the possibility of accommodating your study leave request. Additionally, reaching out to the Human Resources Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for an appeal might be a viable option to seek support for your endeavor. While legal avenues may not be applicable in this scenario, diplomatic and administrative channels may offer a path to address your concerns and work towards achieving your aspirations.

A.Dear Client,
While your paradigm and ambition for a future career deserve appreciation, sometimes a person has to compromise with a situation that is beyond his control. In the absence of any provision in your service rules, your standalone approach for study leave to pursue higher studies may not be acceded to in violation of the standing rules of the organization/establishment. Since there is no legal issue. your query does not attract any legal recourse or remedies. However, you can approach your higher authority for consideration. You can also approach the H R Dept. of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for consideration of your appeal to make your dream a success.
