A.Dear Client,
No construction is allowed on the common wall dividing the boundary and metes of land belong to different owners. You may face legal consequences for unauthorized construction if your neighbor makes a complaint against you to the concerned municipal authorities or land revenue authorities.

A.Dear Client,

In this situation, as it appears to be a relatively minor matter, attempting an amicable resolution with your employer or the relevant authorities involved could be a practical approach. If the issue is related to your accommodation and your stay duration, consider discussing your concerns with your employer or the appropriate personnel. Clarify your position and express any difficulties you may have in relocating during the notice period.

If an amicable resolution is not feasible, you may want to review the terms of your employment contract, company policies, and local labor laws to understand your rights and obligations. Consulting with an employment lawyer or seeking advice from a relevant labor authority could provide further guidance tailored to your specific situation.

Remember, maintaining open communication and attempting to resolve the matter diplomatically is often beneficial in employment-related disputes.

A.Dear Client,

It's crucial to adhere to the construction rules and regulations in your area, and if there are setback requirements or any other specific guidelines, you should comply with them. Additionally, if your construction may impact your neighbor, especially the one residing at the back of your house, it is advisable to seek their permission or inform them about your plans. Maintaining open communication with neighbors can help prevent potential conflicts and ensure a smooth construction process. Consulting with a local authority or a legal professional can provide you with specific guidance based on your location and circumstances.
