Society president not allowing me to operate my home kitchen

I run a home kitchen in g block society in south city-2, gurgaon and i have the required documents such as fssai but our society president refused the delivery men to come inside our society saying its a residential area so please tell me is it fair? Or what should i do
A.Dear client, it not legal to run a commerical business in the residentail area. You need to take permissions from local authorities to make business in residential property.
