shoe rack tires tubes cleaning materials buckets by neighbor
1 month ago
I have recently moved to my own apartment in Bangalore 560060. My neighbor has fixed a shoe rack away from his opposite flat and in front of my main door and windows and keeping shoes, cleaning materials, buckets, tires, tubes, stinking old clothes, socks. I complained to Society management and no action. I have asked my advocate to issue notice to him and also to the society. I have sent a complaint to the police who have forwarded my complaint, photos, videos to the nearest police station. I have requested society to stay away and issue him a notice to remove the shoe rack. Neighbor planning to rebuild the shoe rack and covering the same though not finalized. I have sent all write ups about shoe rack not permitted or any additional items in the common area to the society. What next for me. This is a nuisance as per IPC.
