15 years back my father and grand father done agreement with party for 3 laks they paid 1 lak balance they didn't paid after 3 years they done some fraud in aggreement and done registration with court , balance amount deposit in civil court deposit, and registered land with court. But we did accept the civil court deposit amount, this is happened 15 years back, now I want go high court and going to ask give balance amount as per current market value, current market value is 5 cr , can I proceed, can I get any favor , all my father and grand father who done aggriment as password away

A.Dear Client,
After the lapse of 15 years from the date of the cause of action, your claim is now barred by law of limitation, and in the absence of any cogent grounds of delay in filing an appeal before the High Court challenging the order of the trial court, even your petition for condonation of delay may not be admitted by the High Court.
