A. Execution of Un-registered will means it has to be filed before the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court to get it Probate.
You need the Advocate for this and not the agency.

Mere sitting in a car does not mean that couple is doing vulgar acts. Police can question on the ground of suspicion. But cannot defame any person.
Taking a car picture is not legal. It's a wrongful act done. You can lodge a Complaint before the nearest police station against those police personnel.
If the car is parked on the wrong side of the road or at No Parking Area. Then the Police can take car picture for the purpose of online challan, which usually happens in Mumbai.

You can send a letter to the other side asking him/her to return your blank paper signed by you and handed over to them. Ensure that the letter is received and acknowledged by the person or you can send an email and ask for its return.
Else you can write down the purpose for which that blank signed stamp paper was given for and that it should not be used for any other purpose.
