A. If the Police is not co-operating with you, then you need to issue the notice to the DCP Office Or Commissioner of Police and attach the written Complaint filed at Local Police Station.

A. Execution of Un-registered will means it has to be filed before the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court to get it Probate.

Mere sitting in a car does not mean that couple is doing vulgar acts. Police can question on the ground of suspicion. But cannot defame any person.
Taking a car picture is not legal. It's a wrongful act done. You can lodge a Complaint before the nearest police station against those police personnel.
If the car is parked on the wrong side of the road or at No Parking Area. Then the Police can take car picture for the purpose of online challan, which usually happens in Mumbai.
