As it is clear through the title that this case is between a private company and his employee for non payment of salary. Please advise.

A.You can send legal notice claiming dues and if legal notice not replied or complied then you can file civil suit for recovery of money. If you found this helpful than kindly provide review and give*****. Thank you.

A.Send him a legal notice. If still they do not make payment file a complaint before labour commissioner.
